How much is shipping?
- Singaporean / Korean orders : Registered mail SGD 3.60/SGD 4
- International Orders : Registered mail SGD 4 ~ SGD 12.00
All International orders are shipped with Singapore post and then passed over to your courier service once the parcel arrives in your country. Customers will receive separated email with the tracking number. Once the parcel arrives in your country, more detailed tracking information will be available on your countries postal website.
Please note that shipping timeframes excludes public holidays, weekends and customs delays which is out of our courier services control.
Free shipping is available for Singaporean /Korean and International orders with our standard shipping option.
Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders above $80 SGD or more.
In the case of combined shipping, duplicate shipping charges are provided with coupons, not refunds.
Free tracked shipping is available on orders over $150 SGD to the rest of the world. Please see the table below for shipping costs and timeframes.
When will I receive my order?
- Orders In Singapore/Korea : 2 – 10 working days after the fulfillment.
- Handmade products take 1 to 5 days to manufacture.
Deliveries will take 5 to 10 working days after fulfillment currently due to the large volume of orders. Thank you for your understanding.
(It could be took longer time than expected date due to shipping condition, We will send you an email regarding the shipping statement if there is any delay)
- International orders : 6 - 20 working days
We frequently release items for pre-order. Such items will be subjected to an otherwise specified estimated delivery timeline in the item description.
Orders with pre-order items will be sent together when the pre-order item is ready.
We strive to mail out all orders as soon as we can. As with all delivery services, we seek your understanding that the delivery time provided is only an estimation. We do not guarantee to deliver your order on or before a certain date, nor can we issue a refund due to a delay with the shipment. Also, these transit times do not include customs clearance processing times, and the updates for the parcels’ status can take time after departure at our warehouse because of the processing time at Customs of the destination country.
Unfortunately, please note that we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by Customs clearance processes, and local duties and taxes.
The customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order where applicable. International customers will be responsible for any fees, duties, taxes or any surcharges levied or charged by their country. As customs policies vary widely from case to case for each country, please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.
Please understand that it is customer’s responsibility to check the shipping status on the tracking page and to contact the local courier directly in case there are any issues for receiving the items in your country, after the parcel departed from Korea or Singapore. SSOFTLY does not take any responsibility for the delivery failure or loss items due to miscommunication, and any dispute raised after 14 business days has passed from the last shipping status update is not accepted. Do not request shipping company to leave item in front of the door or corridor. We are not responsible for the lost item. Please contact to shipping company regarding the case.

What courier service does SSOFTLY use?
We use global K-Packet Shipping (K-Post) , Ninja Van, Singapore Post and other couriers which are most affordable and fastest for each country.
Can i track my order?
Yes. Once we ship out your order, you will get a separate e-mail from SSOFTLY with Tracking information.
What happens if I missed my delivery?
After 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts, your parcel will be returned to us. But we'd be more than happy to redeliver your order!
