When will I receive my order?

Orders In Singapore/Korea : 2 – 5 working days

We frequently release items for pre-order. Such items will be subjected to an otherwise specified estimated delivery timeline in the item description.

We strive to mail out all orders as soon as we can. As with all delivery services, we seek your understanding that the delivery time provided is only an estimation. Also, these transit times do not include customs clearance processing times, and the updates for the parcels’ status can take time after departure at our warehouse because of the processing time at Customs of the destination country.

What happens if I missed my delivery?

After 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts, your parcel will be returned to us. But we'd be more than happy to redeliver your order!
