When will I receive my order?

 Orders In Singapore and Korea : 2 – 5 working days

International orders : 10 - 15 working days

We frequently release items for pre-order. Such items will be subjected to an otherwise specified estimated delivery timeline in the item description.

 

We strive to mail out all orders as soon as we can. As with all delivery services, we seek your understanding that the delivery time provided is only an estimation. We do not guarantee to deliver your order on or before a certain date, nor can we issue a refund due to a delay with the shipment. Also, these transit times do not include customs clearance processing times, and the updates for the parcels’ status can take time after departure at our warehouse because of the processing time at Customs of the destination country.

 

Unfortunately, please note that we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by Customs clearance processes, and local duties and taxes.

 

The customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order where applicable. International customers will be responsible for any fees, duties, taxes or any surcharges levied or charged by their country. As customs policies vary widely from case to case for each country, please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.

 

Please understand that it is customer’s responsibility to check the shipping status on the tracking page and to contact the local courier directly in case there are any issues for receiving the items in your country, after the parcel departed from Korea or Singapore. SSOFTLY does not take any responsibility for the delivery failure due to miscommunication, and any dispute raised after 14 business days has passed from the last shipping status update is not accepted.

What courier service does SSOFTLY use?

We use global K-Packet Shipping (K-Post) , Ninja Van, SingPost and other couriers which are most affordable and fastest for each country.

 

Can i track my order?

Yes. Once we ship out your order, you will get a separate e-mail from SSOFTLY with Tracking information. 

What happens if I missed my delivery? 

After 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts, your parcel will be returned to us. But we'd be more than happy to redeliver your order!

Take note: additional redelivery fees will apply.

*All unclaimed parcels exceeding 6 months will be cleared and no replacements/reimbursements/refunds will be made.

 

Exchange & Return Policy 

  •  Goods sold are not exchangeable or refundable unless goods are (1) damaged or faulty due to manufacturing defects or (2) goods delivered are incorrect.
  • As Ssoftly designs are handmade, products may differ in length, colour, pattern and size. Items are not refundable due to minor variance in design specifications. 

    Actual product may vary from images due to photoshoot lighting conditions and screen settings. Or due to the use of natural materials. The part of product can be replaced to other design.

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of purchasing the item should there be a defect found for exchange.
  • Silver 925 is soft material and may bend with force. Silver 925 products are non-refundable due to post-purchase damage. 
  •  We provide after-sales service within 1 month should parts are needed to be replaced/repaired. There may be charges depending on the service required. Replacement of parts is subjected to availability. 
  •  We provide complimentary after-sales service for detached parts due to loss of glue adhesion. Should the parts be lost, charges may be issued accordingly for the replacement.
  • Defect caused by customer's careless within the warranty period will be charged for repair. ( ex. Broken ring, ear stud, parts.. ) If you resize the ring to the center ,it can cause the shape to deform so jam stone can be came off. It will be charged for exchage.
